1st semester of the college experience done and over with. Was it worth it? For me, yes, and I don't regret it. I'm not looking back. It went by so quickly. We need to get some more blogging here. I haven't exactly been talking to every RHPer about their college experience.
I know it isn't just me, but did tons of people at your school apply to USC? I won't be surprised if I know 20 people from high school/junior high school next year.

That's Troy High School. At Walnut, our principal up until I left for college was a UCLA alum. =)
I'm not sure how to get others posting. I think they know the blog exists, but they're wasting their time with other things, such as music, TV, and sleep.
Haha, and blogging is not a waste of time? Just kidding. Sometimes it is a time waster, but sometimes it isn't.
I went to Oxford for 7-8th grade, but it's a 7-12th grade school, so I know a lot of the seniors there. Pretty much the whole senior class (~140) has applied to USC this year. At Troy, I think UCLA and UCB are more popular choices, since it's usually cheaper, but since it's a bigger school (~450 in senior class), there will be a handful of people who come to USC.
heh, you guys make me laugh. i suppose i'll quit "wasting time" and write something.
today i got recruited by my high school counselor to sit on a panel of alumni to answer questions about college for the current senior class. but it's funny, because i'm friends with most of them. and yes, the same thing has happened at Bella Vista, everyone is applying to USC. the registrar has processed more USC apps than ever before, and more than most other schools. it's crazy since i was the only one from my class, so really there wouldn't have been anyone to go to USC had i not left early.
