Stress rising (or break ending)

Booklist, booklist, on the screen, how many books do I have this semester?

I have 20, and I'm only taking one TO class (CORE 112). Religion classes have a lot of reading. 7 books for that class, not to mention a $110 reader. A deal is in the works to split the cost of the reader with a classmate (thank you Facebook). At least I saved about 50% buying used stuff on Half.com and Amazon Marketplace.

Record-breaking temperatures in LA and OC. No, it isn't breaking the low temperatures. It's breaking the high temps! Right now, it's 85° in La Palma. USC should be a bit cooler, but it's still breaking the books. I got to see some snow elsewhere though, so I still have some winter spirit in me. It's just weird running outside in 80° clear sunny weather in January.
